We offer three profiles of Aluminum U-channels for shower door installations. The fixed panel Regular and Deep U-Channels are for securing fixed panels of glass to the wall, ceiling or floor. The U-Channel with Wipe is ideal for waterproofing the bottom of the door. Wipe is dual durometer translucent vinyl that can be trimmed for exact fit. Widths suitable for 3/8 and 1/2 inch (9 and 12 millimeter) glass are available in each style and are individually wrapped to protect the finish. Use the 99AS Aquarium Silicone to secure the glass.

The Deluxe Header Kit will provide additional support and a level of safety while securing glass panels not reaching the ceiling. Deluxe Header Kits are designed to allow installers to do in-house fabrication using a selection of component parts. Sold in 66, 98 and 144 inch (1676, 2489 and 3657 millimeter) lengths, the double profile extrusion has a narrow 1-1/4 inch (31.8 millimeter) face to minimize the visible sight line. A choice of facing edges (round or flat with mitered edges) is possible by simply reversing the extrusion. 90º, 135º or Adjustable Corners are sold separately. Also Available is a special Adapter Block for use on pivot hinge installations. A 2-1/4 inch (57.2 millimeter) Blank Mounting Bracket is offered for installations when the Header does not meet the wall at 90º, and the standard Wall Mounting Brackets cannot be used. Header is constructed of aluminum alloy 6463.

This Oversized Fixed Panel U-Clamp performs the same function as the Standard Fixed Panel U-Clamps. They are especially recommended for 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeter) thick glass installations where a hole drilling measurement of 1-1/2 inches (38.1 millimeters) times the glass thickness is required by the Temperer (from the edge of the glass to the closest edge of the hole).

Framless Shower Door Half-Round Treshold

Assists watershed back into shower
Perfect for flat or out-sloping curbs

These Shower Door Thresholds are mounted directly below the shower door to let the water drain back into the shower stall. Ideal for flat or out-sloping curbs. The rounded low contour on the Half Round Threshold will not harm feet. The Tapered Style Sill leaves a minimal sight line from the exterior of the shower. Thresholds may be used in conjunction with a bottom sweep.

Our Translucent "T" shaped Edge Wipe can be used on in-swing or out-swing doors. Closes gaps up to 7/16 inch (11 millimeter) and can be trimmed for smaller gaps. Adhere 5/16 inch (8 millimeter) rigid base to either glass edge or wall using our Clear Very Hi-Bond Tape.
